Please be aware that return and replacement approvals are determined on a case-by-case basis based under, but not limited to, the following listed conditions: (I) Dissatisfaction with the color shade, (II) minor variations in design preferences, (III) slight blemishes or imperfections in the ordered design. Nonetheless, we will still try our best to ensure your satisfaction and in delivering exceptional, one-of-a-kind pieces. If ever your request to return/replace the product has been approved by the Pintadas team and it isn't due to an error caused from our end, shipping for the replacement is to be shouldered by the buyer.
To ensure that our products stay in their pristine conditions for as long as possible, we highly recommend limiting the exposure of our products to high temperatures, and if ever they need to be cleaned to simply use a slightly damped cloth for cleaning. If ever after some time the paint of the product is slowly fading or the protective coat is slowly thinning out, we'd be happy to retouch your products! Contact us anytime.
