Refund policy

Here at Pintadas Filipinas, we take great pride in the care and craftsmanship that go into each of our handcrafted pieces. Since every item is made with love and often one-of-a-kind, please note that the approval of returns and refunds are a case-to-case basis.

Defects or Wrong Items Upon Delivery: If your item arrived defected (Can include the following: Paint Smudge or Bleeds, Cracked or Chipped Wood, or unstable wooden surfaces), or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days from the arrival of your delivery. We'd be glad to help you resolve the problem and you'd wouldn't have to shoulder anything! Claims made after 5 days from delivery may no longer be eligible and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Handmade Variations: Due to the artisanal nature of our work, small imperfections and variations are part of what makes each piece unique. This includes slight variations to the shade of color used, minor differences of elements in the artwork, minor blemishes that don't affect the main artwork, problems with the wood grain or color, elements aren’t perfectly symmetrical, or thickness or gloss of the finish. We do not considered these as defects by default and are not eligible for return or refund. However, if you believe an issue goes beyond the acceptable range for handcrafted items, you may contact us within 5 days of delivery. Our team will assess the concern and, if it falls below our quality standards, we will offer an appropriate resolution.

Customizations to Orders: All items with custom elements, such as personalized names or engravings, color requests, or altered designs—are final sale and non-refundable. The only exception is if the item arrives with a verified and significant defect. In such cases, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can offer an appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind: If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with complete packaging.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for shouldering the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded the amount you spent for the item minus any fees that have been deducted from the order transaction due to processing fees.
Please note that change-of-mind returns are not applicable to customized or made-to-order items.
