Welcome to Pintadas Filipinas. By using or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. OVERVIEW - Pintadas Filipinas is a small local business specializing in handcrafted, hand-painted wooden décor and accessories. Because each piece is made by hand, products may vary slightly in color, size, texture, or design. This adds to the uniqueness of each item, making products feel more one-of-a-kind.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION - All products are handmade, and slight variations should be expected. These are not considered defects. Product images are for reference and may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, time when the photo was made, and the uniqueness of each item. The artist may choose to approach our pieces slightly different at times for their experimentation, but ensuring it stills falls within the essential guidelines to the product they are creating.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT - Orders are processed only after full payment has been received. Payments are processed through the third-party gateway PayMongo. Accepted payment methods include e-wallets and major credit/debit cards. Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - We do our best to ensure that orders that are being shipped follow the estimations/expectations that we have stated upon selecting your preferred delivery method. Free shipping is offered for qualified orders of ₱3,500 and above within Metro Manila. Delays caused by courier services or natural events are beyond our control but we will do our best to work alongside you in coordinating and helping resolve this problem. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
5. CUSTOM ORDERS - For custom designs or name personalization, we require full payment before production, with exception to bulk orders (See Bulk Orders). Custom items are final sale unless a significant production error is verified by our team.
6. BULK ORDERS - We gladly accept bulk orders for events, gifts, resellers, or corporate requests. Bulk orders are subject to the Bulk Orders Terms of Service. You can learn more about this by contacting us for the details.
7. REFUNDS AND RETURNS - Please refer to our full Returns and Refunds policy for detailed guidelines.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - All content on this site, including designs, logos, product photos, and written content, is the property of Pintadas Filipinas and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
9. LIABILITY - Pintadas Filipinas is not liable for any damages, loss, or injury caused by the use or misuse of our products. Our goods are for decorative or light functional use only unless otherwise specified.
